If I need help at the hotel during my stay who should I go to?
Please speak to the hotel manager but also make sure your Sportsworld representative is aware of any issues you may have.
Can someone not going to Wimbledon share a room with me?
Yes - and we can give you a price for this.
Can we have triple/family rooms?
All Sportsworld's selected hotels offer triple/family rooms so this can be organised in advance of your arrival, subject to availability.
Are late check-outs possible at the hotel?
We can request a late check-out but there may be an additional charge.
Is there somewhere to leave bags?
Bags can be left with the concierge.
Is the concierge open 24 hours?
Yes, the concierge will be on hand to help at all times.
