Rain Check Refund System: The All England Lawn Tennis & Croquet Club offers a rain check refund system which includes all tickets that are part of Sportsworld's Official North American Tours Program. The All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club's rain check policy states that if there is less than one hour's play on the court for which tickets have been bought, the maximum refund payable will be the face value of the ticket. If there is more than one hour's play but less than two hours' play, refunds will be limited to half of the face value of the ticket. Full details of how claims should be made can be found in your information booklet, which will be included in your tour documents. Sportsworld has no liability in relation to the tournament (including whether any play takes place).

Complaints procedure: If you have a problem during your tour, please inform the relevant supplier (e.g. hotel) and Sportsworld representative immediately who will endeavor to correct the situation. If your complaint cannot be completely resolved at the time to your satisfaction, you must complete a report form, which can be obtained from the Sportsworld representative. Please follow this up within 28 days of the end of your tour by writing to our Customer Services Department at Sportsworld Group Ltd, Windrush Court, Blacklands Way, Abingdon OX14 1SY, United Kingdom, giving your original booking reference number and all the relevant information. It is a condition of this contract that you comply with the above complaint procedure. If you fail to do so, we cannot accept responsibility as we have been deprived of the opportunity to investigate and rectify the problem.

Alterations: Should it be necessary for Sportsworld to alter or cancel your confirmed tour (after we have accepted a booking in writing) where the altered / alternative arrangements offered are of an equal or higher standard to those originally confirmed, no refund or compensation will be paid. If only alternative arrangements of a lower standard are available, you will be offered a refund of the difference or the opportunity to cancel and receive a full refund of monies paid to Sportsworld. Sportsworld will not be responsible for any changes due to 'Force Majeure'. No liability can be accepted where any tour has to be curtailed or changed as a result of force majeure after the start of the tour.

Restrictions: The All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club have requested that these tours are not used in any competition or promotion. It is regretted that the seats allocated to the official North American Tours program are not suitable for wheelchairs. Please note babes in arms will not be permitted.

The contract: All terms contained on our website or in our booking conditions are governed by English law. You and Sportsworld agree that any dispute, claim or other matter of any description which arises between us must be dealt with under the ABTA Arbitration Scheme referred to below (if available for the claim in question) or by the Courts of England and Wales only to the exclusion of all others. These booking conditions form the basis of your contract which will come into existence when we issue a booking confirmation. Sportsworld will do its best to comply with special requests made at the time of booking. However, failure to comply with any requests will not be a breach of contract. If you have any medical problem or disability which may affect your tour, you must advise us prior to booking so that we can advise as to their suitability. No persons other than Sportsworld Directors have authority to alter, amend or waive any conditions of the contract.

ABTA Arbitration: Disputes arising out of or in connection with this contract which cannot be amicably settled may be referred to arbitration if you so wish in accordance with a special scheme arranged by ABTA and administered independently by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. The scheme provides for a simple and inexpensive method of arbitration on documents alone with restricted liability on the customer in respect of costs. Full details can be provided on request or can be obtained from the ABTA website (www.abta.com).

Financial protection: All monies paid to us for any tour (other than any flight(s) booked through us) are fully protected by ABTA and will be refunded by them if your tour cannot be provided due to our insolvency.

Travel insurance: Sportsworld strongly recommends the purchase of travel insurance upon payment of deposit, and offers 'Travel Guard', a comprehensive policy, to all its clients. If a client chooses not to purchase this insurance, then he/she will be responsible for purchasing alterative coverage, which is equivalent to or better than the coverage provided by the Sportsworld policy, in order to protect themselves should they find it necessary to cancel their tour or interrupt it before the tour is completed. Cancellation fees are set out above in the section entitled 'Cancellations'.
