How to book your experience
Follow the simple step-by-step process below to make your Wimbledon booking for 2009. Note that you can leave the website at any time; you do not have to complete the booking in one sitting. Just make sure that you click on the 'Save' button so that you can pick up later from where you left off (on entering your booking reference). Clicking the 'Continue' button also saves the details you have entered on that page.
If you leave your computer for any reason for more than 20 minutes, the booking process will 'time out'. On continuing you will be returned to the 'Account' page where you need to re-enter your booking reference number and password. Having done that, you will be taken back to the last page you saved.

The Wimbledon tours are divided into Opening, Middle and Final rounds. There are a total of 18 tours available with 3, 4 or 5 nights' accommodation at a selection of hotels ranging from three star through to five star. Please click the select your tour button above.
2. Create Account
Please enter your personal details on the registration form to ensure that our team here at Sportsworld can contact you regarding your Wimbledon tour. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory. When entering your password, you can use numbers, upper and lower case letters.
Please note that, if you begin (and save) an enquiry in our booking process, the next time you log in, this step will be re-named 'Amend Account'.
3. Customize Accommodation
Select your preferred hotel for your desired tour and enter the party details, any extra nights in London before and/or after your Wimbledon tour, the room type and the names of those people who are sharing the rooms. If you have any queries regarding accommodation at this point, please save the booking and contact us.
4. Register Interest in Excursions
We offer a range of excursions, in which you can express interest, in London and beyond. Our team will then check availability for your travel dates. However, the Oxford Invitational Tennis Tournament can be booked directly online with your Wimbledon tour package.
5. Confirm Booking
At this stage, we offer you a printable version of your itinerary for your Wimbledon experience. If you are happy with your tour details, please confirm the booking and proceed to make payment. If you have questions you would like answered before you make payment, please contact the Sportsworld Wimbledon team who will be more than willing to help you.
6. Make Payment
To confirm your Wimbledon experience we require a deposit of 50% of your total tour price. The final payment is due before April 13, 2009. Alternatlively, your entire trip can be booked once and for all by selecting the 'pay 100% now' button. We accept a range of credit cards which are displayed on the payment page.
